With the pressures that we face in today's society people are finding it harder to stay healthy and fit.  We are spending more time in sedentary activities and eating foods that are quick and easy. 

By analysing lifestyle and dietary habits, Lyn develops a personalised program aimed at assisting you in achieving your desired goals.

At Abundant Living, Lyn Norsworthy combines some of the well known weight loss programs and a carefully tailored fitness regime to ensure that all of your health requirements are met.  This is done to ensure that any past injuries, food allergies or intolerances or time pressure environments are incorporated.

Lyn will also work with Kinesiology to remove any mental or emotional blocks that may exist within the body that may have caused set back or failure in the past.  She will work with you on a continual basis to ensure you are motivated and keeping on track to meet your goals.

This type of plan is very different than anything you may have experienced previously.  This type of plan will see you eating healthily and exercising regularly allowing you to see the full benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

Allergy and Sensitivity Testing

Kinesiology is probably best known for its role in allergy testing. Lyn assesses the body's sensitivity to particular foods, airborne allergens and chemicals by monitoring muscle response when test vials of allergens are placed against acupuncture points.

The advantages of this form of allergy testing are that Kinesiology is non-invasive, the test results are immediate and you can see what your sensitivities are for yourself. Kinesiology is suitable for men, women, children and even babies.

Making changes to your diet can be challenging especially since we usually develop sensitivities to foods that we eat most frequently. You will be given advice on how to avoid foods that you are sensitive to, while introducing alternatives to maximise the nutritional value of your diet.
