Help
The foundation of
my work is through using Kinesiology.

here.) Stress will ultimately
begin to affect your health and wellbeing.
Stress comes in many different forms -
worry, anxiety, depression, over-work etc.
Using Kinesiology, I can quickly and easily
find what stresses you and holds you back in
life.
The beauty of
Kinesiology is that you do not need to know
what is the cause of your problem, only that
you wish to be well. Another point
about Kinesiology is that the practitioner
does not need to know what has come up in
your mind in a session, Kinesiology is just
as effective if you verbalise what has come
up or whether you wish to keep it to
yourself.
Kinesiology is a
non-invasive yet powerful method in enabling
you to obtain a sense of self and wellbeing.
I work with men, women
and children of all ages and assist with all
levels of wellbeing from sports improvement,
study and learning enhancement, diet and
weight loss, stress release, there is
nothing that Kinesiology cannot assist with.
I use the philosophy of
the Five Bodies. These being mental,
emotional, chemical, physical and spiritual.
Many therapies available today may only tap
into one or two of these. Kinesiology
enables me to delve into every part of your
being, bringing about Abundant Living!
